Basically, we are so pleased to be of this service for our customers; however, we have to send out lots of samples at customers' requirements every day. Frankly speaking, it will be no doubt a heavy burden for us to process every case on the basis of free charge. We are forced to ask you to share the cost with us. Hoping to win your consideration of sample and freight charge.
A. Normal sunglasses:
1. Sample for free charge but on the basis of freight collected by express service FOR UNDER 10PCS : If you prefer this access to samples and then please indicate us which express you appoint, such as FEDEX/DHL ((We are sorry that we don't accept UPS for freight collected EXCEPT you can assign them to pick up the parcel from our office..) and your ACCOUNT NO. Whenever you make this requirement.
2. Sample charge and freight fee by EMS prepaid in advance If you request over 10pcs of samples and you didn't have the stated courier, then we will charge USD2.00/PC for plus the freight fee which will be evaluated according to quantity of sample will be required by us
B. Reading glasses or Optical frames:
1. Sample for free charge but on the basis of freight collected by express service FOR UNDER 5PCS (for the item price under USD 1.5/pc ); If it's made of Titanium, we will charge it 100% and add 100% higher than our quotation per pc..): or Hand made plastic all need to charge more than the quotation. If you prefer this access to samples and then please indicate us which express you appoint, such as FEDEX/DHL (except UPS) and your ACCOUNT NO. Whenever you make this requirement.
2. Sample charge and freight fee by EMS paid in advance If you prefer this access to samples, USD2.-5.00/pc for optical and depends on the cost of the item you ask for plus freight fee (High value items will be charges as mentioned above) which will be evaluated according to Q'ty of sample.
C, For Safety goggles:
1. Sample for free charge but on the basis of freight collected by express service FOR UNDER 8PCS (1pc for every singles item which the cost is not higher than USD 1/pc): If you prefer this access to samples and then please indicate us which express you appoint, such as FEDEX/DHL (except UPS) and your ACCOUNT NO. Whenever you make this requirement. If the samples q'ty is more than 8pcs or higher value items will be charge 3-10/pc per item depends on items, the charge is same as below:
2. Sample charge and freight fee by EMS paid in advance : If you prefer this access to samples, USD3-10.00/pc for sample plus freight fee which will be evaluated according to Q'ty of sample . (All need to charge according to the samples possibility)
3. Anything than Safety goggles: We need to charge it whatever item or cost is.. Please be noted.
D. For Ski goggles
1. Sample for free charge but on the basis of freight collected by express service FOR UNDER 3PCS (Goggles): If you prefer this access to samples and then please indicate us which express you appoint, such as FEDEX/DHL (except UPS)..., and your ACCOUNT NO. Whenever you make this requirement.
2. Sample charge and freight fee by EMS paid in advance If you request over 3pcs of samples and you didn't have the stated courier, then we will charge for Goggles shall be USD10/pc plus freight fee which will be evaluated according to Q'ty of sample will be required by us.
E. ..For accessories:
1. Only few pcs of pouch or case can be free(Under than 5pcs and its cost is under than USD 1/pc) but freight collected. (If you do need us to prepaid then we have to charge the freight in advance.
2. More samples need to charge it with freight which according to the q'ty and item cost.)
3. Display stand: In case the q'ty is less than m'um then we will treat it as samples order and plus USD 20-30/pc or some item need to charge double than its price and it depends on item for the samples charge and 100% of freight to be charged...
. How to pay for the samples charge:
1. T/T through bank: the following is our bank information. You need to plus USD 20 of banking fee to maintain the samples q'ty is as ordered.
